DevOps & Containers · Containers & Orchestration
CKA + CKAD certification prep
Master containers and orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes
Start with Docker, then go deep into Kubernetes at CKA and CKAD level. You build clusters yourself, run workloads on them, and learn to troubleshoot like you would in production.

How you practise
Hands-on on real clusters, not slides
Every concept is practised on clusters you set up yourself, on the cloud with kubeadm and on managed GKE, so you learn how Kubernetes behaves in production and how to fix it when it breaks.
Step 01
Bootstrap your own clusters
Prepare cloud infrastructure and bootstrap control-plane and worker nodes with kubeadm, then create highly available clusters on GKE.
Step 02
Deploy, scale, and release
Run workloads with deployments, services, and ingress; autoscale with HPA; ship with rolling, blue/green, and canary strategies.
Step 03
Break it and troubleshoot it
Debug broken clusters and broken applications using cluster and node logs, the way you would on call.
Step 04
Certification bootcamp
A dedicated CKA and CKAD preparation bootcamp to close gaps before the exams.
Want the end-to-end DevOps project?
This program builds deep Docker and Kubernetes skills. Our DevOps Engineer Program puts them to work on a full end-to-end deployment project, together with CI/CD in GitHub Actions.
Curriculum
What you'll learn
Docker first, then Kubernetes to CKA and CKAD level. The full syllabus, grouped into twelve areas.
- 01
Docker fundamentals and containers
DockerWhy containers, how Docker works, and running containers day to day.

Outcomes
Where it leads
Certification path
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
Roles this prepares you for
- DevOps Engineer
- Platform Engineer
- Cloud Native Developer
- Site Reliability Engineer
- Container Platform Engineer
- Kubernetes Administrator
Frequently asked questions
A basic understanding of how applications work is enough. Because Kubernetes runs containerized workloads, we start with Docker before moving to Kubernetes. No prior Kubernetes experience is required.
